Thanks for answering @danisoff , on my PS4 Pro I have 400GB of free space, my internet connection is very stable (I have no problem with any game) and I have already tried uninstalling the game 4 times, I don't know what to do anymore because It doesn't work even with my saved game, but it doesn't work tith a new game either.
Well, that is a very complex issue if it's not working even now. Have you tried talking with EA support?
I would recommend more troubleshooting steps, but its very limited for the Playstation.

I just deleted and installed the game again, and tried a new way, canceled the updates to see if the game works for me without any update that has come out, and I realized that the disk installs and the game starts fine, but in The main screen has the icon below at 98 percent of installation, so now I doubt that the disk is the problem. But I don't know what I can do in that case, EA's help doesn't give me a solution.

Well this is an interesting issue, usually the mentioned above works for everyone. Try logging out of your account on the PlayStation, then fully restart your PlayStation. After that, start downloading the game again.
I hope this works 🙂

Good afternoon, I did what you told me, but I logged in with a completely new user, and I get an error when installing with the disk, I get an error code and after trying several times I start the download but it doesn't finish completing and I ejects the disk, I think the problem could be there since it has some scratches
