HI Maybe try this . Windows 10 autoupdates added gamebar which comes turned on by default . Disabling it may help

Also check in GeForce Experience that shadowplay may also need to be disabled.
Both of those two things cause performance problems
and lastly check that your background process are at a minimum ,especially Antivirus programs can eat alot of memory and effect you.

THIS. I just installed Madden NFL 24 and the game would not load, crashed after the initial taskbar filled up. Turns out it was the gamebar that was the problem. Could be my processor had something to do with it, recommends i5-6700 but mine is an i5-6500. Either way, removing the gamebar allowed the game to start for me; thanks for the help!
