nfs payback multiplayer error code ftjr2006

all my friends and I have had this problem since we have owned nfs payback. when in multiplayer we cannot join any of ours friends in the game. always tells us that the friend request failed....error...

Are you sure you have that error correct? I have not seen any like that before. Maybe post a screenshot if you can?

Sorry too stupid to know how to take a screen shot.... but now the error code is saying.... failed to join session...error code jr3022.

  If you are on PC, try right clicking the game in Origin and then Repair.
  
  If console, do you have a XBL Gold or PS+ subscription?
  
  Have you played through the intro/tutorial?

    yes on pc and I have repaired and uninstalled with no difference. also my friends have the same problem. completed the entire game.100% and have a 1250 out of 1250. also brought all of the cars that will go to 399 in race, drift and off road and all cars are at 399.
