add first person view I believe you could add a bunch more part to the Mustang Boss 302 you guys barely scratched the surface with it. and please add the follow list of cars

I like your wish list for E.A for Payback game.
However, you should know by now that it all comes down to deals made between E.A. & car manufacturers.
Also even if a car we want is added the Manufacture can limit what kind of modifications can be made in the game.

As for first person view just keep hoping it happens.
I frankly think this is not going to happen until E.A. is ready to do so.
So all you can do is wait.

What we could really use is every car reaching 399 and raising the top speeds achievable through upgrades for every car (except for the few cars that can reach 260+ like the Regera). Also while queuing up for speed lists we can drive around in a free roam lobby.
Or use them to get information out of western spy.
