NFS Payback won't start in multiplayer.

My system is Gen 5 with Windows 11 Enterprise. Have done all the windows updates and the GPU updates. Have cleared all the cache and everything else EA suggests. The game works fine in single player. When I join multiplayer it starts matchmaking for about 35 seconds then boots me to desktop. It does this if I try single or if I try with other friends. They get in the multiplayer but the game boots me to desktop. I start an Error report and it say your error report has an Error. No more EA games for me.
