NFS Payback:Cars Missing

Where are the Hemi Baracuda,RX-7,Volvo's,M3 E30, and Gt2000 Skyline? They are all missing from my game.

No rx7 was really disappointing. And some of the cars I like can only be upgraded to 299 making them completely useless. The r34 skyline, focus RS are just 2 of the many cars on the list. You should be able to get them all to 399.
