NFS payback:I can't enter to the community wraps

I download need for speed payback a week ago and today I tried for the first time to enter to the community wraps but when I enter to the wrap library and press RB (I downloaded it on Xbox One) to enter to the community wraps tab it doesn't work i .just hear the tab transition sound but nothing happens. I don't know if I need to unlock the community wraps or that I can't enter to them because I haven't played the multiplayer yet. Please tell me what can I do to fix it
