NFS Pro Street graphics options won't save.

I'm trying to run NFS Pro Street on Windows 10 and for some reason my graphics settings won't save. I know these are stored in the registry, so I went and edited the settings there but they reset when I start up the game. Tried running the game in compatibility mode, didn't work either.
