NFS ps4 snapshot failed

i've done the all the solutions but im still getting the message "snapshot upload failed" everytime i take a snapshot. PSN: Ortelik

I double-checked for you; all our servers are up and running, there are no current issues with snapshots. Please make sure that you follow all connection steps in our troubleshooting guide. If that does not help, contact your ISP for further assistance.

I have further troubleshooting if you are still running into issues. You might want to contact your internet provider for further assistance.

As for Share Factory--you don't need to have this installed.

tried all of the troubleshooting, called my ISP, and still my snapshot failed to upload..!! anyone have the same issue or its just me.. if there is another solution please help.. im located in Dubai, and my Internet connection is smooth no lag at all..
