NFS Rivals- Xbox Series X save issue

Hello. I'm playing NFS Rivals on the Xbox Series X. I recently installed the game. I have found that when I join a multiplayer game, my name does not appear in the "session player list"  and none of my statistics are saved; I've reached rank 3 but when I check "Driver details", all the stats appear with 0 and "jumps" and "speed traps" are neither saved. i

I signed into my second account and joined the game, same game as my account with the issues is in, and when my second account approaches my main account "All Drive: Player 1" appears on screen and when next sitting next too my main account, the name of my second account appears over my main account car.

I've checked my Origin account, I've checked my EA account, I've also tried changing my email to see if it has worked; all did not result in anything successful. 

This image is the POV from my second account, and the car next to it is my account. My main account should appear as "xLewpi" but in this image is clearly not the case. Also, when close to my main account, All Drive says the name is "Player 1". 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
