You can't run a sim speed below 30, it screws the game up completely. You shouldn't buy games where you don't meet the minumum requirements.
You can try turning all the graphics settings down to the lowest setting, but your processor is probably still too slow.
The game still runs fine a few weeks ago, had no problems at all, and then this happened. lots of pc's with lower specs than mine still get to play the game smoothly without any bugs with their fps locked to 17 or 19. PS I got the fps lock from YouTube.
