NFS Rivals Complete Edition DLC Code

I have PS3 and the complete edition of NFS Rivals...I went to the PS Store to Redeem my Complete Edition DLC Code included in the Game box (K**********4)
The code isn't working....What shoud I do? Please respond

    I see that you've registered the game over a year ago so not sure when or where you got this code but it is most likely expired. Since we are unable to add Playstation content to your account you should contact Sony to have them review the status of the code.

    The code was included in the box itself. And I did register a year ago, even the code, and it didn't work!
    The code leaflet says the validity is upto Oct 2024!...How can you say it's expired? Please provide me with a new code through my email ([edit: email address removed]) or atleast contact as you wanted to. Thank you

    I don't have the information about the specific code you're referring to so my guess was that it was most likely expired. However, you've since updated me that it isn't.

    I won't be able to assist with codes via the forum so you have two options available: contact Sony for more information about the code, or try contacting our Game Advisors to see if they will be able to offer you a replacement code.
