NFS Rivals is crashing everytime

Here's my system specs --

Operating System: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3930K
Memory: 16384MB RAM

DirectX Version: DirectX 11

Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 (4GB)

Game kept crashing during multiplayer races, thought it was a online issue, so went offline and still same thing happened, after playing for 15-20 mins game is crashing every time.

    Thanks for trying 🙂 Looks like I've found a solution. Running the game in DX9 mode helped me prevent crashing. Played the game straight 2 hours, no crash :D Just go to game properties and enter -d3d9  I'm not sure if this is the best solution but it worked for me.

    Hello,

    Seeming as this is is a DirectX error, have you tried to reinstall your GPU drivers? I know quite a few games that have problems with Nvidia Drivers, but this might solve your problem.

    Yes, I've latest Nvidia drivers, also verified games files. I'm going to re install the graphic driver, will let you know.

    Reinstalled graphics driver + Disabled origin in game, nothing helped ☹️

    In that case, it looks like you'll need to contact an EA Advisor: http://help.ea.com/en/ they should be able to identify and fix the problem.

    Hey there, i just got the same problem, and -d3d9 didnt fix, it even made it worse, i couldnt even start rivals when in directx 9  mode -.-

    If RAM and Hard drive don’t have enough space to organise what is needed from the game files, the system will crash a lot and fail to work properly. Try that.
