Nfs rivals ps4

Can you help me with this one, Event: Interceptor [hard] zero hour... it does not save.

I have completed it and back at base to save and the film slot has come on  plus advised i get a new car chapter 10. Then leave the base and nothing no new car unlocked then when I reboot the ps4 the mission comes up all over again as though I didn't do it at all and therefore needs completing all over again. I have completed this event several times and a master at gold.

 

Any help advice appreciated in saving and moving the game on,
