NFS Rivals Rendering Issues (PC)

Hi

I experience a lot of rendering issues, mostly landscapes but also texture have problems loading and appear at a very short field of view. Landscapes show up mostly as polygons without textures overlay and many road details miss and only appear when the car is nearby them while in the distance they are not present. This is the only major graphics issue I am currently experiencing and would like to know whether there is a workaround and if ea is aware of the issue and is working on it.

Here are some screenshots showcasing the issue:

The game is maxed and set to a resolution of 2560x1440. Runs at the locked frame-rate of 30 fps.

System:

Intel Core i7 3770 - 3.4 Ghz

Windows 7 Home Premium (64)

Ati radeon HD 7950 - 3 Gbs

16 Gbs Ram

Try deleting and reinstalling the Game and just use the x86(32bit) version. This worked for me!

Are you using the latest nvidia beta drivers?

I was having the same issue and rolled back to 331.82 and the problem has gone.
  • I get a missing road and if I drive on to it I get stuck for all eternity and the only to fix it is force close with the task manager.

Me too, it's really annoying and I don't know what to do.

  • That's unfortunate.

Have you tried @Bananen_Haendler 's solution? It seems to be the accepted answer for the problem. I haven't tried it myself, but I would recommend trying to run the game using the 32-bit launcher (I assume there is one, since I currently don't have the game installed, so I can't check.).
