NFS Rivals transmission issue

So i've downloaded NFS Rivals and decided to check it, and basically enjoy driving and supercars experience. 

The thing is the cars are so slow because the car shifts way early or skips from 4th to 7th gear with no problem.

Is there a fix for this issue ?
