NFS RIVALS: Version/ Update ???

Hi everyone, can someone please tell me where to find out which version/ update of my NFS RIVALS (PC) game is currently installed? I bought the game a few days ago (standard version 1.0.0). Howev...

    You can check your installed version of NFS Rivals if you go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features. Just hover over "Need For Speed Rivals" and you will be able to see the version number on the bottom of the screen or next to the program's size, in my case version 1.4.0.0: https://i.imgur.com/4AcvK3f.png
