Same thing happened to me about this past week. I was at least racer rank 16 and got reset back to 4. The highest I got was to 18, but was then reset back to 6. It seems to me that this happens when you power down the xbox. Whatever is happening, it is very discouraging. I've spent many hours working for those cars not to mention the 3mill speed points I lost. I am tempted to take the game back if this continues
