NFS Rivals
I get hacked a lot, so software I require I download thru my cellphone browser. Today I bought Rivals Complete Pack, but I need them as full offline installers in order to safely transfer them to my PC.

Hey there,
I don't think that's a possibility, you'll have to download/install the game through the PC platform where you bought the game.
