NFS Run Game won't run Windows10

hi team, I have purchased NFS run recently and tried running in my pc windows 10.

Graphics driver is Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 1536 MB

The Game is not launching from EA origin. I tried with different compatibility windows 7 and windows8

Please check and let me know what needs to be done to make it work. Will it work ?

    Check that your machine meets the following system requirements: 

    Minimum System Requirements

    OS: or Windows 7 ()
    DirectX: DirectX 10
    Processor: 3.0 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo or AMD Equivalent
    Memory: 3 GB
    Hard Drive: 18 GB
    Graphics card (AMD): 512 MB RAM ATI Radeon 4870 or higher performance
    Graphics card (NVIDIA): 512 MB RAM NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT or higher performance
    Sound card: DirectX Compatible
    Keyboard or Gamepad or Steering Wheel
    DVD Rom Drive
    Online: 512 KBPS or faster Internet connection

    Thanks Barry. I had a chat with EA tech support team as well. The game doesnt start up in windows 10.

    I have requested for a refund.

    Does it throw a DirectX error? My girlfriend had the exact same issue, all I had to do is instal Visual Studio 2013 Update 2, and it reinstalled all the DirectX components and was able to run then.

    @EA_Barry I find out that The Run will run on a 10th gen Intel Graphics Plus (integrated) on the same dye as the Intel core i7 10657G processor with 128mb dedicated with shareable system ram 1GB.
    I know that's not officially supported but as time progresses these older titles will run on the new standard of mid level performing laptops which exceeds the system requirements. Just run at lowest settings to make sure it's running anyway.

    Всё играло, но в один прекрасный день, всё сломалось, без причины. Просто игра решила не запускаться.
