NFS: SHIFT "The cd key you provided is already registered"

I just bought need for speed shift. singleplayer works fine but when i try multiplayer it asks me to connect to EA nation, if i connect it says that the key i entered is already registered but im sure that it is not registered anywhere just on origin ! I cant use phone to call support. And if i try to use live chat no chat window pops up. I tried to clear cache change browser and enable cookies and ads, nothing works for me so i dont have any way to contact support. On answer hq i found lots of cases like this one. I tried to contact game advisor directly but it says access denied, pls help and sorry for my english.
