Hi,
I upgraded my system to Windows 11 25h2 from Windows 11 24h2.
All games are working fine except NFS The Run.
Since then, 'Need for Speed' The Run is not launching in Windows 11 25h2 from my EA App. I tried things like 'repair'. But it didnt work.
When I check from Windows 11 24h2, it is working properly.
What could be the issue? How to fix it?

Could be a Windows 11 25H2 compatibility issue with the older NFS The Run launcher/runtime files. Try running the game exe as admin in Windows 7/8 compatibility mode, reinstall DirectX 9 and VC++ redistributables, then follow this troubleshooting guide if the EA App still won’t launch it. Since it works on 24H2, EA may need to fix 25H2 support.

That was a good suggestion, but this did not work for me. In particular, I think there's some issue with Windows 11 25H2.
The game even after a repair, and then uninstall-reinstall, it basically pretends to launch but silently fails. No splash screen, no black window, no error. Just a return to the EA App as if you had played it.
To run game go into
- Settings
- Privacy & security
- Windows security
- Device security
- *Core isolation which is usualy enabled must be off in game (restart comp)
Core isolation memory integrity off
Turn core isolation memory integrity back on, after done playing
