I saw that, but I went to the options menu but there was no steering wheel support. I went to gameplay and controls and for accelerate I pressed my pedal but it didn't recognize it

What is your Gaming Steering Wheel?

On the 'Controls' menu, can you see the steering Wheel on the INPUT DEVICE field?

 (On PC this option is set to: keyboard)

Can you try with both transmission settings 'manual / automatic'?

i have some crap one from game called gameware

Unfortunately, I have not found a website for this manufacturer.

Maybe you can try to reset and map the controls once again. But here are some advices:

Yes, Need for Speed The Run supports full button mapping to allow you assign each control function (for example, brake / acceleration) to whatever button you want it to be.  To manually map your controls in game go to SETTINGS – GAMEPLAY - CONTROLS

I can’t get past any of the out of car sequences when I’m using the PS3 Driving Force (wireless), PS3 Driving Force Ex or Driving Force Pro wheel
If you are unable to progress past the out of car sequences in NFS The Run its most likely because you're using a steering wheel.  Ensure that all functions / buttons are properly mapped to the wheel.  The buttons can be mapped in the Options menu.
If you continue to experience difficulties in the out of car sequences try playing through them with a controller / keyboard.

My driving wheel is too sensitive when driving in The Run!
If you find that the steering on your driving wheel is too sensitive you can change the wheel sensitivity in the options menu.  Be sure to take some time to tune the wheel sensitivity to a setting that you feel comfortable with.
