When launching the game via the EA App, the game window is displayed then a message pops up saying the product licence has expired. EA's chat bot has not helped with this issue. Has anyone had a similar problem?

I tried, they did not help me. I launched the game from within the files (.exe) and the game launched. I could not enter any options. After creating a profile, the game crashed while loading.
The game works without an issue, the problem is that your product key for some reason is not being registered. I would love to provide you with more information, but product key issue can be only resolved by EA support as far as I'm aware of.
