What's new: 

- Completely disabled zoning. The position of the sun is the same for all zones in the game.

Cars have critical damage. Mode KD
(if you will often get into a crash, your car will stall. To restore the car maybe just going into the garage) on this Basis, missions and car chases from the cops become more complex. 
- Changed some characteristics of the cars. Management has become more realistic.
- Changed the clearance of some vehicles
Traffic replaced by the real models (except trucks and buses)
