NFS Undercover Launching Problem

So, yesterday I bought NFS Undercover. When I try to run it, console appears and after 20 seconds the EA message shows up. (Screenshot) When I change the .dll file the message shows up "lang.ini can...

@HAIUHD reinstall, or contact the advisor.. and also check the lang.ini if its there
