nfs undercover "the license limit for this product has been reached" ffs

Hello worst suppport on earth.

I have an error with my game need for speed undercover, after installing it on my new laptop, which makes it impossible to play the game.

When trying to start it says: "the license limit for this product has been reached"

after some googling I found out that I have to deauthorize old installations of this game on old devices. since I cannot access these old computers I need an "EA game advisor" to deauthorize these old versions.

After sitting in the live chat queue twice for 2 hours without having any * game advisor talk to me I now create this post and really hope that somebody in this *ty support forum is able to make my game playable.
