NFS World - Error starting the aplication

I download the game, and i open installation and install. Then i open it and downloading patch is started. When it was all over i close the NFS luncher and turn off computer, when i come home i try open NFS and i get error: "There has been an error starting the aplication...". I try all ways to fix it from all posts with this problem on google, but no, i still have the same problem. I tried reinstall game and nothing happened, i download game again and install again nothing and, try download game via torretnt (2.64 GB) and install it and nothing is happening. I download NET framework 4.0, Visual C++ 2005, 2008 and 2010 and nothing :\ Can u pls tell me what can i do to lucnh this game, i want play this with my friends. PLs help me and sorry for bad English, i'm sorry. Thanks.
