NFSMW 2012 Starts WINDOWED - How to get full screen?

As the title says, when I start the New Need for Speed Most Wanted it opens in windowed mode and I would prefer it to be full screen.

I had a look in settings/options and chose my screen resolution but it still remained windowed.

How do I disable this ?
