NFS:No Limits Collecting Older Blueprints

I think this game came out in 2015, and I didn't start playing it until late 2018. Everyone who plays the game knows in order to win and upgrade cars means you have to collect all these different blueprints. I have no idea how many cars were in the game in 2018, but now in 2023 I think it's about 180. Most of the cars since 2018 have had blueprints available to win either by Promotions, Special events, or Underground Rivals. But for the original cars from 2015, those Blueprints are so hard to find as they are never offered in any of those above. The Jaguar Project 8 for example has rarely if ever had blueprints available to win since I've been playing. Yes, I won the car as a five star car through Rivals, but in order to get it to an 8 star car, blueprints must be offered at sometime or other. I've only ever seen blueprints offered to it by paying for them or using scrap. The same for Honda NSX 2017, Porsche Carrera, Jaguar XKR, and a few others whose blueprints just never show up again. 

Just a thought for those of us who completed the extra cars cars offered in chapters 10 through 15, could those slots but reused in order to win blueprints for these older cars? It just seems like a waste to keep those slots once they're completed open to just win common parts. I understand these forums are checked by EA for ideas for future updates. I just think it would be great to be able to complete your 8 star cars other than by having to pay for them. It would encorporate the use of the chapters for something other than just money and parts again. Just an idea from a player who enjoys the game but wants to complete all his cars without always having to pay for them.
