I just want to let you know, and to go on record, that your "great game guarantee" doesn't work.
I bought a game, and within 24 hours of downloading and activating, something that didn't "work out--(I wasn't) riveted by the storyline, or sucked in by the action, or even if the game doesn't play well with (my) video card" "within 24 hours after 💡 first launch the game, within seven days from when 💡 purchased it"... etc, I request a refund and I get this: "Sorry, that page doesn't exist!".
Sorry to your apology, but disabling the refund page and refusing to allow copy/pasting into complaints, of your promises (verbatim), doesn't absolve you of your publically posted promises and obligations. It has been less than twelve hours of my purchase, and absolutely less than twenty-four hours of your guarantee, and I request a refund based on that guarantee.
I want nothing less than a full refund of all funds (converted or otherwise) I put towards the purchase of Need For Speed: Rivals, based on your guarantee.
Don't worry, You will get your refund. But if you have problems, please contact EA's support!
