No connection!!!
Same issue. Please help me. Been trying all those basic troubleshooting. Still unable to connect/play.

Hey Buddy, Ill explain to you step by step - 1st go the setting and click Cloud save management. 2nd Click on Upload Save Data. 3rd Once your game is saved on the server please delete the app and reinstall. 4th After reinstall open the game and go to setting click Cloud Save Management after that click on Download Save Data .
For sure your game will work again. Hope this solve your issue. Cheerss
