No Crash Cam, How About A "Durability Bar"?

With watching the Highway Heist mission walkthrough of Need for Speed Payback a few times, I noticed that there is no crash cam, It's not bad. but there is no "Durability bar" as In NFS Hot Pursuit or Rivals, and I, personally, might have a problem with this one!

We see that the goal of this mission is to get to a truck and steal the car in it's container, and while trying to get to the truck, some black cars are trying to stop us. I think those cars are there to challenge the player, but if there is no "Durability bar", It's not going to work. It's an unfair fight that you won't worry about them hitting your car and I think it will make these kind of missions boring, because the only thing that can be challenging in these missions, is reaching the truck and nothing else!

My opinion is that the combination of (no crash cam) and (Durability bar) will turn out better and more challenging!

What is yours?

    no durability bar, screw that.

  • @GaSwGa Hello...Thank you for your very good idea.

I think a stability bar could help some players...I don't see it all that bad.

I think those who don't want it are more focused on other tasks in the game.

As for having a crash cam...I don't think we need it in the game...but it might help for a special effect & might look cool if added.

Unfortunately, neither of these things will be in the game.

Maybe send this idea for the next E.A. game in two years.

E.A said thet every two years NFS will get a new game. (Confirmed)

If you like the answer hit the XP for me...thank you.

If that's the case, I just hope that the story missions and cop chases are not as easy as I think they are!

    Thanks!

  • Personally if they do include, it should only be in the heist missions. adding a durability bar in other places like free roam pursuit would mean the cops would not have to use the PIT maneuver to trap you they could spinning you out/slamming into you or wait for you to wreck by crashing into cars or walls. In standard pursuit the only thing to get damaged should be tires when you hit a spike-strip

  • @GaSwGa Yes, Let's hope E.A. didn't make the game too simple to play.

It would then be a waste of $60 to $80 for a game.

    Thanks for your Reply!

    Take Care

@anti-loser1 Yes I agree it should only be added in a heist mission...to place this Durability bar anywhere else in the game would make it annoying over time.

So yeah, I am on board with what you're saying in your reply.

Kudos points for you on an excellent reply.

  • I hated that in Hot Pursuit and Rivals!

That would make cop chases unfair.

Imagine this,my friend : You are rushing through a highway 300+ km/h and about 5 rhinos show up,plus 20 high speed units to take you down.

Now think of the things that would happen : The car you drive will be smashed up and the cops will arrest you.

Do i need to say more ? No durability bar!

Exactly! I prefer the cops using the PIT manuever or spike strips to get you

Agree man, that was the charm with the police chases in the beginning of the NFS series, if they pited you blow your tires. You know you where guarenteed busted, but i also lovd that if you where speeding too low past by a police car, the game would take control of your car and it would stop after a few meters. And you would get a ticket or get busted, that is one of many things i miss in todays NFS games. Atleast when it comes too the A1 cops.
