No Limits Chapter 20 Delivery

Does anybody have insight on this chapter? It seems no matter how well I drive the car it’s not fast enough to cross the finish. I never had this car and there is no way to upgrade it to make it faster because in my garage it’s grayed out. Any ideas?

    Has anybody made it past this chapter slot without being able to upgrade the car?
