no twitter
just got the new update for nfs payback. trying to find a car for the newspeedlist challenge. it said that a clue is on twitter......i do not have twitter but i need the clue.....

It's not hard to find, I found it without the clue quite by accident while I was trying to find something else. Without giving too much away, it's not in the middle of nowhere and you'll get a notification similar to the derelict part sound when you're near it.
