Not able to change resolution...

Recently I got a 4K monitor and my PC is only able to run NFS 2015 at at 20 fps stable in 4K and all settings ultra so I usually set the game to 1080p instead to get better frames. But now everytime I change the resolution nothing changes and it's stuck on 4K so I only get 20 FPS. I thought maybe I just couldn't notice the difference between 4K and 1080p so i changed it to 1200 which has a clear difference and nothing changed so i know for a fact that the resolution isn't changing any ideas what to do?

    @prodm15

    In the Graphics Settings make sure you have Window Mode set to OFF and that you press enter to apply the changes.

    thanks for the tip but it didnt seem to help here's a clip of the resolution not changing at all ☹️
