Not Saving Progress or Video Settings

I've been trying out the game on Origin Access, however this is the 4th time I've launched the game now and each time I need to start from the beginning and the Video settings I change are lost.  Did...

same as me. my game progress keeps restarting after i exit the game. NO PROGRESS.
