Num6 Set Destination---Problem

Use xbox360 joystick if you have or try with a virtual keyboard and next change comands or connect another keyboard. 

works fine by setting those controls

I am playing on an HP and am using a Genius wheel. I get to the car and can get in it but cannot set the destination. How do I set the destination?
