Opt To Play Alone?

Seriously, is there ANY way to play alone? Much like Rivals was to where you could choose to be in a private lobby. I would very much like to make it past a race without some random person crashing into me. That would be great.

    No, I understand you have to be "Online/ connected to the internet" to play. That is not what I am talking about. It has been specifically stated by the team that there is an option to play solo. And that there IS an issue with the menu not giving you the option. Last I checked, no ETA on fix.

    Admin edit: this game function was temporarily disabled to resolve some issues. It has since been enabled again.

    Yeah I have it for the xbox one and would really like if there was offline play like I'm hearing there is for the ps4...

    Well I'm on PS4 and have no option for solo play either. From what I heard, it's an issue. Which isn't surprising in the least. Quite aggravating none the less.

    It's not an issue, its a design decision.  The game is fully integrated with multiplayer so it requires you to be connected to the internet to play.

    i wish private session there can invite friends and play together for one crew

    j ai acheter le jeu et je suis tres decu de ne pouvoir jouer en solo

    en fait je ne m en servirai probablement plus jamais

    option solo tres important mais c est idiots de concepteur ne m aurons plus jamais 45 dolloars dans les poubelles

    Just purchased Need For Speed for PS4 a couple days ago and also do not have the "Play Alone" option listed anywhere in the game. Do I need to complete the intro for this to be available? I would prefer to be able to play the game on my own without others interfering.
