Orgin accounts

I have need for speed most wanted on xbox ps3 and the vita. I guess i have to orgin accounts that i didnt know about. One is hooked to my xbox360 and the other to my ps vita and ps3. How do i get my gamertag off the one account and move it to the one with my ps3 and ps vita so that all my speed points in need for speed most wanted all add up in one place.
