If so, I believe we are running into the issue shared here.

Please try the additional steps mentioned in that thread and if the issue continues please provide the requested information.

Can we try the following steps and check if this keeps up?

Try running the Steam and EA app clients and game as an admin
Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
Connection and Advance Connection Guides
Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
