Overwatch doesn't show friends when they are online and playing.

I have recently discovered that when I log onto overwacth that I can't find friends that I know are online. I refresh the maps over and over. I log in and out. All to no avail. Am I doing something wrong?

    I've had this same problem. For some reason it only shows 2-4 people at once. None of them i know or can play with. I think it's only for people who have overwatch active too? try asking your friends to turn overwatch on and then try it?
