Paint & Wrap Editor Unavailable

After the last update(LEGENDS UPDATE) on my ps4 i cant use wrap editor, every time tells me unable to load your wraps from server please try again later. I delete the aplication and install it again 3 times but nothing.

After almost a whole day looking into this i was told to try something by a friend and it worked.
Restore Licences in the Playstation Network/Account Information

I've had the exact same issue but since the game was first released! I've submitted a report and spoken to several advisors on the live chat but they said they couldnt resolve the problem!

Why won't it let me paint any of my cars or put a wrap on it? It keeps saying unable to load custom wraps from the server and I have deleted the game and re-downloaded it 3 times and still nothing.

I've been using NFS since Christmas day and have never been able to edit wraps and paint on my cars. I also can't upload snapshots.
I've contacted EA but nothing they advise me to do works.
Anybody managed to fix this problem?

Restore Licences is also one of the steps in there. Let that be proof that it is definitely worth checking out the guide! Thanks again @Scott_Farcas for confirming the solution.
