Paint & Wrap issue

Just logged on to find all my custom wraps were removed from my cars. went to check what happened and the first two options just say "retrieving wraps", has been going for 10 minutes now. only available option to select is remove current Paint & Wrap. Just wondering if this was a quick glitch or server delay, or maybe something EA needs to address back at home.

Since this issue seems to come and go I will currently have to keep an eye out for further reports. Note that we did just release the latest patch which often leads to many users a myriad of players logging in at the same time. I would expect to see some connection issues during this time which should resolve themselves shortly.

If you have any updates on this yourself then please update this thread.

Could be a server issue on our side. Can you let me know if the issue persists for you?

It persisted throughout saturday, day and night, but yesterday morning when I logged on around noon(est) everything was right in the NFS world. I figured it was an EA server issue because I wasn't the only one without wraps, and other players gamer pictures didn't display.

But as I said, all's well. Thanks for the response.

That is good news. Sorry for the interruption in gameplay, though. but I am glad to hear that you are able to play again without issues. Enjoy!

I seemed to have spoken to soon. When I logged on this morning the problem was back. I haven't checked it in the past few hours so who knows. Until further people say they've dealt with this, it seems to be an isolated incident.

I have this same issue right now and it're really aggravating. I spent a lot of time on my wraps, and to not be able to play the game with my wraps is a disappointment
