When a save file gets corrupted, there's really no way to recover it (or an older version of it) because Most Wanted's autosave feature is constantly overwriting the previous save file. Sorry, it's gone.
i myself don't care if the save goes, i would just like it to stop, the same problem happened to me 3 times now and always when im trying to load the save second time
