PC Keyboard steering = really really bad

will EA please fix the REALLY REALLY slow steering response for PC KEYBOARDS? I've played almost all of the NFS games minus a couple that were for PS1 - this is the first NFS game I've played that I immediately hated just because of the sluggish steering! I can't play this game and I just purchased it. kinda wanting a refund to be honest, but will have to wait until I can afford a game controller or EA patches the issue! Will EA fix this problem? I kinda like playing games on keyboard...

  • You have changed the settings, right?

One of the best Race/Drift games I have played.  And my Rig is less than...well it just is   lol

Oh, and I have completed a couple of the Prestige stages already, working on yellow at the moment.  Up to 340k+ in Drift score.  Need 400.

    Lots of racing out there.

there is no place in the settings to adjust keyboard steering response.(but for gamepad and wheel there is...) I just tested NFSUG2 on my pc and it was like a relief, I could actually enjoy playing it!

Although I am about to buy a game controller JUST to play this game, I am stuck with playing on a keyboard for another week or two. I like this game a lot, but it takes forever to turn left/right so it causes me much frustration. Drifting is quite impossible, and I have lost every race that requires drifting. (Drifting itself seems to have weird physics even with the assists turned off.)

I just wish the game had better support for keyboarders.... EA even made the menu interface poorly (i.e.: esc key doesnt work, press the backspace to go to menu, press "L" to continue, cannot navigate the menu with the arrow keys, mouse doesnt work at all!.. etc...) great game but highly disappointed in the functionality.

I have the same (really annoying) problem. The car is just not turning at some point, often after having used the handbrake. This along with the night-only-feature was such a dissapointment.

I also have the same problem. I press to turn and it's a delay - the car turns slow and because I keep pressing, it turns too much. Really bad. Is there a fix for this? Just bought the game.
