Textures not loading is typically related to GPU Vram (What GPU do you have and what settings are you using? Also how much ram? Another cause could be hd if your using a hhd how much space is available and when is last time you defragged or it could very well just be the game but to note I don't have this issue but my system specs are more than enough.
