Those are not the full dxdiag's. From the page of the screenshot you posted, please select Save All Information. The program will then create a dxdiag.txt file, which you can attach to your reply.

Meanwhile, please make sure that your system meets the minimum requirements, or, try a clean boot (these steps have already been mentioned, but please try them again if you haven't done so yet.)

Several things you can try based on the dxdiag:

• Please do a clean install of your graphics drivers -- I noticed AMD does not have updated non-beta drivers for your card as they now consider it a legacy card. You could try the latest Beta drivers, which would be the 16.2.1 drivers. Please use these at your own risk.
• Unplug all non-essential USB devices from your system (keep mouse, keyboard, headset)
• Momentarily unplug your second monitor

Please update me if that changed anything for you.

Hey thanks for help and it didnt help and i had t latest driver and then the latest beta driver.

Is your GPU a HD 6950 or 6970? Because I get the feeling that while the GPU requirement is a "DX11 compatible GPU with 2.0GB VRAM" it doesn't like pre-7000 series Radeon cards.
