PC Recommended Specs.

Have EA said what the perfomance metric is?

Like what is the resolution and frame rate for their "recommended specs?" 

I'm curious because of how poorly this game runs, and I remembered hearing that for example NVIDIA's "optimizer" aims for 40fps, so I wonder if their target fps for PC is 30fps or something similar.
