PC Shutting off while playing (At Random)

So while playing this game I run into this issue where my PC decides to just power off and back on, closing all my programs and possibly damaging whatever files that are open at the moment.

I've ran multiple heavy benchmarks pushing both CPU and GPU to the limits both in performance and physical temperature and nothing happens, not even bad framerate. So this makes it clear to me that this is a problem with the game itself

I've ran the game with temp. monitoring and my CPU never goes above 75C, GPU not above 65C even at max graphics (Oh I should also state my hardware in short)

RTX 2080 and I9 9900K with 16 gigs of ram (I hope that's enough info)

Never had this happen in another game or program before and I've tried a clean boot, driver updating and changing graphics settings and honestly I feel like the shutdowns occur more often with lower settings which makes no sense but might be a coincidence.

Either way I'd love to find a way to fix this because if not I'm gonna have to ask for a refund because there's no way I'm paying money for a game that literally turns off my PC without warning, as that literally makes me anxious to even play it at all, which I hope you can understand isn't the experience I payed for.
